A look into beauty, that doesn't harm our furry friends
This whole random manicure started with my thumb-color, a swatch I did at Sephora from Nails Inc Gel “Regents Place”, a beautiful periwinkle leaning towards light blue. The formula is durable, looks great with 2 coats, and dries quickly. When I went home to paint the rest of my nails, I couldn’t bring myself to clean my thumb nail off, so I decided to work around it. First, I grabbed one of my latest finds, China Glaze’s “Strike A Rose”. It’s a beautiful bright neon pink with a subtle pearlescent sheen mixed in the formula (the color definitely comes off more pink versus the picture above). To balance one hand with the other, I decided to paint my pinky nail a different color and went with Wet n Wild’s Megalast “I need a refresh-mint”. It’s the perfect baby blue, with just enough white in the base to make it come off as a slightly stronger pastel. Even though I’ve been off the past few days from work, none of my nails have chipped, so I highly recommend all three brands!
