A look into beauty, that doesn't harm our furry friends
I have another product to mention from 100% Pure, but not a ton to say about it. I do feel kinda bad making a post about this, but I wanted to go through everything ^^;; The company has a lot of skincare products, and one of them I’ve had in my collection is the Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream. The claims on this eye cream is that it de-puffs, reduces dark circles, and lessen wrinkles. Now I do have dark circles under my eyes, but I’ve never really had a problem with puffiness. I’ve been using this cream for about a week consecutively in the morning, and I feel like I haven’t seen much improvement on any possible puffiness, nor lightening my dark circles. Furthermore, I don’t have any severe wrinkles under my eyes, so pretty much I might just be the worst candidate for this cream. -HOWEVER-, I do have a slight sensitivity to eye creams. It’s not a common occurrence, but I have to be careful what I apply as a moisturizer under my eyes, as some products have actually made me break out in small white bumps. It isn’t acne, but it isn’t as severe as full-blown Milia either (that’s where keratin clogs a pore, rather than pus common with acne). I’ve been happy with my Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream in the evening, but I never followed through with anything to help moisturize during the day. That’s where the 100% Pure eye cream comes into play. It’s a thicker formula in comparison to my Antipodes cream, and it moisturizes deeply without leaving an oily residue. It doesn’t take long for the eye cream to sink in, and I can apply concealer on top smoothly. The extra little perk about this product is the natural scent of coffee. You can smell it upon application, but it doesn’t linger much after that. Just a little coffee kick to start off your day, right? Also, a little goes a long way! I was able to pick up a sample size, which is .5 fl oz. The full size container is 1 fl oz., which pretty much will last you a while. I’d say 4 months, at least. My Antipodes cream is also 1 fl oz. and I’m just hitting the halfway point after 7 months of having it. With the 1 fl oz. retailing at $21, I might be leaning towards this once my smaller size runs out. If you’re wanting to fight off those wrinkles that come with age, be sure to moisturize AM & PM with a good eye cream! If you’re still curious about the 100% Pure coffee bean eye cream, I’d highly suggest checking out the product’s website to see the clinical results, they’re rather impressive! They also have 3 other options on their website for eye creams, pretty much leaving something for everyone.
