Blushing Biddies

A look into beauty, that doesn't harm our furry friends

Summer is ending, but this shade will go on and on

Yes, fall is just starting to creep in, and I couldn’t be happier. I really won’t miss much about summer, but I’m taking one of it’s released items with me- Lipstick Queen Endless Summer in “Hang Ten“.  The Endless Summer collection is 4 shades that all apply sheer, with a glossy finish. They all are rich with Vitamin E, so they’re amazingly hydrating and comfortable on the lips. What color could ‘Hang Ten’ be? Does the name give it away? Let’s take a peek inside the packaging:

Described as a “a warm, sheer nude”, ‘Hang Ten’ is my perfect nude- very light, with the slightest of slight lean towards pink.  Due to it’s sheer nature, if you tried building up the coverage I’d say you’d be able to get 40% opacity at most. For me, that’s exactly what I’m looking for. I also love how I can get a color that can lighten my lips slightly, but isn’t a lip gloss. I really just hate that sticky feeling lip glosses can have, bleh. The kicker is that all the lip glosses in the collection have SPF 15 protection, and it –doesn’t– feel like SPF! Don’t get me wrong, it does have that slight SPF smell, but it really does feel completely comfortable on the lips. I’m not sure if this collection is limited edition or not, but it’s still available on the Ulta website, along with Urban Outfitters. Do you have your perfect nude color?

Just pair this with a smokey eye and you’re set!

Spot on with this write-up, I absolutely believe this site needs far
more attention. I’ll probably be returning to
read through more, thanks for the advice!

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
