Blushing Biddies

A look into beauty, that doesn't harm our furry friends

GRWM #2- Oldies and New Goodies

Let’s get started!

Bare faced, preppin’ the lips with the French Girl mineral lip tint in “Cerise”.

Settin’ that base down with the It Cosmetics CC+ Cream in “Fair” with my It Cosmetics #206 brush (“Buffing Mineral Powder Brush”- but works GREAT on liquid as well!)

Does this ever get old? The answer is NO OF COURSE NOT

blend, blend, blend~

And then it got sunny…(sorry!)- covering up my under-eye bags with the Becca Dual-Concealer in “Tahini”

Also spot-concealing with a sample of Hourglass Hidden Corrective Concealer (this stuff is FANTASTIC~)

Prepping my eyelids with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance (> e.l.f. lid primer, easily)

Also filling in my brows with the Too Faced Bulletproof Brows in ‘Universal Brown’

Just using the brush that came with it- easy peasy!

Also filled in my bare spots with the Anastasia Brow Wiz pencil in “Medium Brown”, and set them in place with the e.l.f. clear gel

time to dig into my new highlights from Becca!

Just a couple spots on my high cheekbones is enough! I went for the golden shade, “Champagne Gold”.

I blended it in with my e.l.f. stippling blush, but you could probably get away with your fingers as well.

Why did I do blush second? Oh.. because I’m dumb, that’s why. This is from the Tarte 2013 holiday blush palette.

The finished look for cheeks (you can still see a highlight-y glow, love!)

To cancel out the bright cardigan I’m wearing, I went for a neutral rosey brown (“dusty rose”) color from Nars, the Matte Lip Pencil in “Dolce Vita”

Also FINALLY remembered to finish my eyes! I reached for my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette~

Just a 2-shade look, one over the lid (“Marzipan”), and a darker shade (“Hazlenut”) to emphasize the crease.

Here’s the finished look! It doesn’t look like much (which is my favorite kind of look), but I love my new makeup goodies and my tried-and-true products :3

Love the look! The highlight through the blush is especially gorgeous. Dusty rose is hands down my favorite color for lips. And decor. And flowers. 🙂

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
